FLEET MANAGEMENT

  • Powerplant Consultant - UK/Europe based

    As a powerplant consultant at WAM you will be responsible for a wide scope of engine technical and commercial projects ranging from engine selection, fleet planning, shop visit management, transition management and end of life solutions. With a broad experience of a range of engine types, you will apply your technical and commercial knowledge of the aviation industry to successfully deliver projects on behalf of our large third party customer base. Being able to successfully interact with global airlines, lessors, MROs and OEMs is a key requirement of this role as is the self motivation and flexibility to travel to all parts of the world.


  • Aircraft Consultant - UK/Europe based

    This exciting and varied role will see the successful candidate undertaking large scale aircraft transition management projects on behalf of our third party customers. Interacting with airlines, lessors, MROs and OEMs, your previous experience, self-motivation and passion for aviation will ensure successful and timely project delivery. This role requires deep understanding of aircraft and engine technical management as well as full understanding of the commercial aspects and sensitivity around the leasing and trading of whole aircraft.


  • Aircraft Records Engineer – Bridgend based

    This important and varied support role will involve independently managing full aircraft technical records for multiple customer and internal projects. Your previous experience and ability to perform full audit of aircraft Technical Records during aircraft, deliveries, lease returns, redeliveries and aircraft repossessions is required to deliver on time results. Your working knowledge of EASA Part M and 145 and having a full understanding of the aircraft transition process, including typical aircraft lease structure is essential. To be suitable for this challenging yet rewarding role, you will need to be comfortable with frequent and sometimes extended travel globally.

TECHNICAL RECORDS

  • Technical Records Consultants - Bridgend based

    Experience in technical records of engines or aircraft, with the ability to analyse and interpret large amounts of data and have an eye for detail. Must have a flexible approach and a can do attitude. Ability to work in a team or individually when the need arises, be professional at all times and highly motivated.


TECHNICAL PUBLICATIONS

  • Data Entry Clerk - Bridgend based

    The role will include the processing of engine shop visit invoices (in various layouts and formats) and transfer into Excel format in conjunction with the uploading of processed invoices into TSMS database.

    Identify relevant engine invoice template and create an excel document in preparation for data entry.


I.T DEPARTMENT

  • Systems Administrator - Coconut Creek, FL / Novato, CA / Bridgend, Wales

    Responsible for the core activities associated with development, operational and maintenance of the IT Infrastructure including support for all infrastructure related systems, including all Server, Network, Telecommunication and client devices. This includes implementation of new systems and upgrading of existing systems, project management, help desk ticket and problem ticket work/escalations, and enterprise level security work. Must be able to keep up to date with IT advancements, emerging technologies and possess the ability to articulate the value of technology to the business.

FINANCE DEPARTMENT

  • Finance Assistant - Bridgend based

    We are looking for somebody to join our small but dedicated accounts team to cover while the team is focussed on new system testing. The role will cover a variety of accounting tasks, dependent on experience, such as, purchase ledger and sales ledger. You will need to be able to work on your own without close supervision as well as part of a team, accurately and to tight deadlines.

MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT

  • Borescope Inspector - uk

    The post holder will be responsible for carrying out maintenance activities in the field, predominantly Borescope Inspections, associated with Willis Group and client owned aero engines, modules and transportation stands. The post holder must be an organised, articulate and determined individual who is a qualified aircraft/engine technician with at least 5yrs relevant experience within an aviation maintenance environment. Candidate will be expected to hold a 145 CRS signatory company approval and is expected to uphold and demonstrate all the key skills expected of such position. And be prepared and able to travel both within the UK and worldwide at limited notice.
