HUMAN RESOURCES

  • HR Officer

The HR Officer will assist the HRM in the formulation of all human resources policies and practices for Willis Aviation Services Limited (“WASL”). The HR Officer will assist the HRM with Global HR initiatives, employee relation issues, recruitment, compensation, benefits, issues, to ensure there is global continuity to all sites from an HR perspective.

COMPLIANCE / WAREHOUSE

  • Warehouse Operative & Maintenance Support

Seeking an appropriately experienced individual with a proven track record in the aviation industry, material receipt / inspection and dispatch of aviation equipment and materials, stock control of aerospace materials and consumables, control of calibrated equipment and the controls expected of known Consignor and custom status. The individual must be organised, flexible, self-motivated along with compliance driven.

TECHNICAL RECORDS

  • Technical Records Consultant

This role will provide Technical Records support to the Willis Lease portfolio / program and other areas of the business when required.

MAINTENANCE SERVICES

  • Maintenance Technician

Seeking a qualified aero engine/airframe technician with at least 5 years relevant experience within an aviation maintenance environment of conducting maintenance activities and inspections of mid to large thrust commercial engine types. The post holder must be an organised, articulate, and motivated professional. Experience in maintaining and inspecting engine types such as CFM series, V2500, LEAP, CF6 series, RB211-535E4 and PW4000.

GROUND HANDLING

  • Ramp Agent

To efficiently manage the entire arrival and departure process overseeing all activities to ensure a safe working environment and achieve an on-time departure. Dispatchers will require to understand various airline systems and communicate with flight and cabin crew at the aircraft, also ensure that the aircraft departs with all passengers, baggage, and cargo.

FLEET MANAGEMENT

  • Powerplant Engineer

This is a technical support role, primarily supporting Consultancy Accounts, i.e. Programmes. There will be involvement in executing generally well defined activities such as supporting the TDR review,reviewing/updating shop visit predictions, monthly, quarterly, annual reporting, as well as internal financial and resource tracking. Support will also be required on less complex aspects within the engine lifecycle as listed with the aim to become competent is the related task as part of the development into Powerplant Consultant.

  • Powerplant Consultant

A principally technical role within the Fleet Management Team. This role will involve independently and competently managing multiple customer and internal projects that will include engine related activities.

A principally technical role within the Fleet Management Team. This role will involve the independent and competent management of multiple commercial aircraft projects on behalf of third party customers and internal requirements. This role requires frequent and sometimes extended travel globally.
